Unopened items
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the cryptocurrency and network you paid with, once we receive the item.
Opened items
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate items can only be returned if they are faulty on arrival. Contact us first and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
