Is my order discreet?
Always. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral sender name — nothing on the outside references the product or our store.
How does crypto checkout work?
At checkout you pick a cryptocurrency and are shown a wallet address and amount. Once the payment confirms on the blockchain, your order is processed. We never see or store card or bank details.
Will this show on my bank statement?
No. Because you pay in cryptocurrency, there is no card or bank transaction tied to your purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 days in North America, 5–10 days in Europe, and 7–18 days for the rest of the world.
Can I return an item?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate items can only be returned if faulty.
